About Me

I was born in Santiago, Chile but consider  Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains my home for 19+ years now. As an immigrant and daughter of hard working parents, I pride myself in working hard for what I want. However, it wasn't until the COVID-19 pandemic hit, that made me re-think about what I really wanted out of life. With a big decision on my hands, and a VERY supportive husband, I decided to leave my dental career and pursue both of our businesses full time and focus on my volunteering work. Listen, I'm trying to create the best life for my fur baby, Gigi. If you know her, then you already know her level of sassiness. 

A big part of time is also spent volunteering. As one of Jehovah's Witness, we strive to live our lives based on Jehovah's elevated Bible principles. Our volunteer work includes preaching and teaching others about God's word, helping with congregation duties and at times even with local construction projects. 

Between my jewelry making business (@littlehoneydesigns) ,my husband's Drywall business (@AVLDrywall) and our volunteering work taking most of my time, I wanted something I could enjoy in my down time. That's how blogging began to peak my interest... Little by little I began sharing my staple outfit pieces and favorite local restaurants on Instagram and had SO much fun doing it!
